Q2. What do I need to provide if I want to customize products and get a offer?
A: Pls send 2D or 3D drawing(.step/.stp/.igs/.dwg is prefer) or samples and detailed requirement.
Q3. What's the process of Customized product?
A:1. Mold design from product drawings or samples. 2. Confirm the drawings with customer. 3. Make mold. 4. T1 test and send samples to customer for adjustment. 5. Adjust mold and retest and send samples to customer for approval. 7. Receive confirmation from customer. 8.Send out mold or arrange series production.
Q4: What if I got some defective mold/products?
A: We will take full responsibility for our defaulty. We will implement the fastest remedy to rework or to reproduce on our account. As for parts, will exchange good products or refund you immediately. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
